Right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of placing the order, without giving any reason and at no cost (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU).

Fill in your name, the order number and your e-mail address, then press “Confirm withdrawal”. You immediately receive an acknowledgement by e-mail, with the date and time.
If you prefer, you can also write to zbor@aerodrom-vama-veche.ro; any unambiguous statement is valid.
How you get your money back
- We refund the full amount, by the same means of payment used for the order.
- Time limit: 14 days at most from receiving your withdrawal statement.
- We issue a credit invoice for the refunded amount.
When withdrawal no longer applies
- Once you have confirmed a specific flight date. The flight is a leisure service with a set date of performance, excepted under Article 16(l) of GEO no. 34/2014. Rescheduling remains possible.
- Once the service has been fully performed, with your prior express consent (Article 16(a)).
After the 14 days
The flight remains valid for 12 months from the payment date and can be rescheduled at any time within that period, but the amount paid is no longer refundable.
Rescheduling
- Because of the weather: free, as many times as needed. The decision on flight safety belongs to the instructor.
- At your request: free, if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
If we cancel
If we definitively cancel a flight and cannot offer you another date within the validity period, we refund the amount paid in full.
Services for visiting aircraft
- Cancelled at least 24 hours before the arrival given in the order: we refund the amount in full.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, or no-show: the amount is not refunded.
If you are a consumer and still within the 14 days of the statutory right of withdrawal, that right is unaffected for as long as the service has not been performed.
