With this form you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract concluded on this website, under Article 11¹ of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The time limit is 14 calendar days from placing the order.
What happens next
- You immediately receive, by e-mail, an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your statement, the date and the time.
- We check the order and refund the amount by the same means of payment, within 14 days at most.
- Withdrawal does not apply once you have confirmed a specific flight date, or once the service has been fully performed. Details: Cancellation and Withdrawal.
