In short
This website sells services, performed at Vama Veche Aerodrome. We do not ship parcels, so there is no courier, no delivery cost and no transport time.
What you receive after payment
As soon as the payment is confirmed you receive, at the e-mail address given in the order, the order confirmation and the invoice (PDF file). It usually arrives within a few minutes.
If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to zbor@aerodrom-vama-veche.ro or call +40 746 264 022 — we will send it again.
Introductory flights
- Where: at Vama Veche Aerodrome, Constanța county, Romania. Directions are on the Contact page.
- When: the date is not fixed at purchase. We contact you, by phone or e-mail, within 3 working days of payment and agree on the day together, depending on the weather and on availability.
- Validity: the flight can be taken at any time within 12 months of the payment date.
- Weather: if conditions on the agreed day do not allow a safe flight, rescheduling is free and unlimited within the validity period.
- Gift flight: the confirmation and the invoice go to the person who pays; the person who flies can be named later.
Services for visiting aircraft
Landing and aircraft parking are provided at the aerodrome, on the arrival date given in the order. The confirmation received by e-mail is your proof of payment; you can show it on your phone on arrival.
Costs
The price shown is final, in Romanian lei (RON), VAT included. No delivery or processing fee is added.
